| Manufactured in 1913. Original blue finish. The walnut forend is original and in good condition. The buttstock is a replacement which is solid and fits fairly well, with a varnished finish showing some wrinkling. The barrel is fitted with a silver bead fixed front sight. The rear sight is a folding two leaf replacement. Saddle ring mounted on the left side of the frame. A sling swivel has been soldered to the bottom of the magazine tube. The metal finish on the barrel and magazine tube remains at approximately 85%, showing some scattered handling marks. The frame shows most of the finish wear. The wood shows use and handling. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL |
