| 38-55 Win; fair bore, fair stock, 20'' barrel, Manufactured in 1912. Metal has turned patina overall with some rust spotting. Original plain walnut stock with crescent butt. Fixed front sight, missing the rear sight. Saddle ring mounted on left side of frame. Oval proofs on top of barrel and receiver. Winchester address and patent dates in two lines over the left side of the barrel. Upper tang marked "MODEL 1894/-WINCHESTER-/TRADE MARK REG. IN U.S. PAT. OFF.". Wood shows wear and handling. Bore is worn and frosted. Mechanically fine. Import marked. C&R/FFL, s/n 6363xx |
