| 25-20 WCF; 65% blue, very good bore, very good stock, 28'' barrel, Manufactured in 1893. The rifle is equipped with a blade front sight and a buckhorn rear sight on a barrel marked with the two-line address ahead of the rear sight and "25 W.C.F." at the breech. The serial number 65653 and 1879 patent date are stamped on the lower tang. Blue barrel has minor pitting and small nicks on the edges of the octagon barrel, the receiver has good case color remaining. Smooth forearm with ebony forend insert and straight grip stock are in very good condition with mild handling marks. It has a crescent buttplate. With Factory letter. ANTIQUE, s/n 656xx |
