BRUNOX LUB & COR ist ein hochwertiges Langzeit-Korrosionsschutz-Produkt für metallische Fabrikate und Maschinen. Wirkungsweise: Bildet einen sehr gleichmässigen, nicht trocknenden Korrosionsschutzfilm, der auch in schwer zugängliche Ecken und Kanten penetriert und gewährleistet somit einen guten Langzeit-Korrosionsschutz. Zugleich ist es ein all-wetterfestes, belastbares Schmiermittel für höchste Ansprüche, das auch gegen saure Atmosphären und andere Umwelteinflüsse resistent ist. Anwendungsbereich: Wird als Langzeit-Korrosionsschutz für metallische Fabrikate und Maschinen für Lagerung und Transport in geschlossener Umgebung (bis zu 3 Jahre), im überdachten Aussenbereich (bis zu 1 Jahr) und im Aussenbereich (bis zu 5 Monate) eingesetzt. Anwendung: BRUNOX LUB & COR ist thixotrop, muss deshalb vor der Anwendung kräftig geschüttelt werden. Es wird auf die trockene* Oberfläche gleichmässig aufgetragen, ev. mittels Pinsel, Airless- oder Druckluft-Pistole. Die aufgetragene Schichtdicke soll ca. 5 – 20 μm sein, d.h. pro Liter können 20 - 40 m2 Oberfläche behandelt werden. BRUNOX LUB & COR kann nach erfolgtem Schutz mit Reinigungsmittel, z.B. anionischen Netzmitteln entfernt werden. * Ist die Oberfläche leicht feucht, empfiehlt sich eine vorgängige Behandlung mit BRUNOX Turbo-Spray. Dieses in alle Ritzen und Ecken sprühen, damit die Feuchtigkeit verdrängt wird, allfälliges Wasser perlt ab. Anschliessend mit einem Lappen die BRUNOX Turbo-Spray- Schicht abwischen und BRUNOX LUB & COR auftragen.
