Dieses Upper verfügt über die M4A1 FSP RIS II Picatinny Quad Rail in Flat Dark Earth (FDE), einen 14,5-Zoll-Lauf im M4-Profil, einen Mil-Spec F-Marked Front Sight Base, einen Surefire SF3P Flash Hider/Suppressor Adapter, eine A1.5 Fixed Rear Sight, eine M16 Full Auto Bolt Carrier Group und einen Rail Mounted QD Swivel Attachment Point mit QD Swivel. Upper Receiver: Mil-Spec mit Indexierungsmarkierungen und M4 Feed Ramps, CNC-gefräst aus 7075-T6 Aluminium, Typ III Harteloxiert. Lauf: Chrom-Moly-Vanadium-Stahl, kaltgehämmert, 1:7 Drall, 14,5" M4-Profil, chromausgekleidet, Mil-Spec-schwer phosphatiert und HP/MPI-geprüft. Gassystem: Mil-Spec F-Marked Front Sight Base, Carbine-Length, direkte Impingement-Technologie. Mündungsgerät: Surefire SF3P Flash Hider/Suppressor Adapter, präzisionsgefertigt aus wärmebehandeltem Edelstahl-Barstock (US-zertifiziert), mit schwarzer Ionbond-DLC-Beschichtung, fest an den Lauf gelötet und verstiftet. Bolt Carrier Group: M16-Profil, Mil-Spec MP-geprüft, chromausgekleidet, Gas Key korrekt verstiftet. Visierung: A1.5 Fixed Rear Sight, gefertigt aus 6061-T6 Aluminium, Typ III Harteloxiert.
