| Swiss model 1918 bayonet, manufactured by Elsener Schwyz Victoria. Includes scabbard and leather frog. Blade has light marks on the edge. Both walnut grips are covered with small pressure marks. Right side grip has a heavy gouge. Mild to heavy pitting throughout the pommel. Scabbard has heavily worn finish and heavy patina. Leather frog was made in Ittigen (Bern) in 1943. These bayonets were issued with the K11 and K31 Carbines. The serial number indicates that this bayonet would have been issued with a K31 carbine produced in 1954. |
