Original blaue Colt Hartschalenbox mit dabei. Abholung möglich, der Käufer trägt die tatsächlichen Versandkosten (also möglicherweise weniger als oben angegeben), Verkauf nur innerhalb Deutschlands. EWB erforderlich! Am 28.08.2023 um 19:47:44 Uhr fügte der Verkäufer folgende Ergänzung hinzu: Ein eventuell verwendeter Markenname ist Eigentum des Rechtsinhabers und wird hier nur verwendet, wenn er Bestandteil des Produktes ist und die Qualität kennzeichnet. Der Verkauf erfolgt unter Ausschluss jeglicher Sachmängelhaftung. Dies ist ein Privatverkauf im Sinne des § 3 Abs. 5 des Fernabsatzgesetzes, kein Widerrufsrecht, keine Gewährleistung! Die Rückgabe, Wandlungs- oder Umtauschmöglichkeit des gekauften/ersteigerten Artikels ist ausgeschlossen. Der Artikel wird deshalb unter Ausschluss jeglicher Haftung und Gewährleistung angeboten. Als Privatperson kann ich keine Mehrwertsteuer ausweisen.
