DescriptionDealer item no. 2100604Automatically translated. Show original Girsan | Pistol MC 1911 Match AS Chrom - 9 mm9 mm Luger · 1911-Klassiker · Hartchrom The 1911 classic in match-grade finish: all-steel construction with hard-chrome finish, match barrel, fully adjustable sight, extended beavertail with memory bump, double-sided safety and skeletonized hammer - in 9 mm Luger caliber. ▸Fully adjustable match sight Adjustable in height and side - tunable to discipline and loading. ▸Single-Action with skeletonized trigger The classic 1911 trigger - short, light, and reproducible. ▸Full steel with about 1,300 grams The weight noticeably dampens the recoil. ▸Single-Action-Abzug Factory-tuned - trigger, fits, and finish ▸Double-sided safety Extended design - also operable for left-handed shooters The 1911 is over a hundred years old and is still the benchmark for a short, clean trigger pull. Girsan builds it in Turkey - with full steel frame and slide, match barrel, and features for which you pay significantly more from other manufacturers. This version features a hard chrome finish that not only looks good but is also corrosion-resistant. For sporting use, it is fully equipped: fully adjustable sight, extended beavertail to prevent hammer bite, double-sided safety, skeletonized slug hammer, and a skeletonized trigger. The textured grip panels and checkerboard grip safety provide a secure grip even with wet hands. In 9 mm Luger caliber, the recoil is significantly milder than with the classic .45. 01 — Merkmale Detailed FeaturesSingle-Action-Abzug The classic 1911 trigger: It moves straight back instead of pivoting, making it short and clean. The trigger guard is skeletonized. Full steel construction Barrel and grip frame made of steel, with aluminum grip panels. The weight is an advantage in dynamic shooting, not a disadvantage. Match barrel The barrel is made in match-grade execution - with tighter tolerances than a standard barrel, which is evident in the accuracy. Full adjustable sighting system The rear sight can be adjusted in height and side. This allows you to tune the weapon to discipline and ammunition specifications, instead of using hold points. Beavertail with Memory Bump The extended Beavertail protects the hand from the hammer and allows a high grip position. The Memory Bump ensures that the grip safety is securely pressed even with a loose hand position. Double-sided safety and grip plates The extended safety is operable on both sides - important for left-handed shooters and for ambidextrous use. The textured grip panels and checkerboard grip safety keep the weapon securely in hand. 02 — Technical Specifications DatenblattModel Girsan MC 1911 Match AS Chrome, 9 mm Luger Kaliber9 mm Luger Trigger Single Action, skeletonized trigger pull Construction: Full steel, textured grip panels Weight upon request Adjustable match sight BarrelMatch barrel Skeletonized long-slot hammer SurfaceHard chrome Safety extended, operable from both sides, plus grip safety Use: Sport, Training, and Competition Manufacturer: Girsan, Turkey 03 — Lieferumfang Included in the set1×Girsan MC 1911 Match AS Chrom, 9 mm Luger 1×Magazin 1×Transport case and user manual Purchase with a green firearms license. In 9 mm, the famous trigger is retained, but the recoil is significantly milder and the ammunition costs a fraction of the price. For training and competition, this is the more economical choice - we also carry the .45 version. Was bedeutet "AS"? Adjustable Sight - the version with fully adjustable sighting. The notch can be adjusted in height and side, instead of being fixed. For sports, this is the more sensible option because the weapon can be tuned to each load. Single Action - what does that mean for handling? The hammer must be cocked for the trigger to fire. At the shooting range, the weapon is carried cocked and secured via the safety - Cocked and Locked. This results in a short, light trigger pull with every shot, but requires consistent handling of the safety. Additionally, the grip safety only releases with correct hand placement. Does it also fit for left-handed shooters? Yes. The extended safety is designed for both sides, making it operable from either side—not a given for 1911 pistols. The magazine holder is positioned on the right side, which is the standard placement. Welche Munition empfehlen Sie? For competition, the required minimum impulse of your division often decides. For training, any reliable 9mm-caliber ammunition works; many shooters report that their weapon groups tighter with hollow-point rounds than with standard full-metal-jacketed ones.
