Die Hülsenplatte ist für mehrere Kaliber ausgelegt. Hornady führt die Nummer 1 unter anderem für .243 Win, .260 Rem, .270 Win, 7 mm-08 Rem, .280 Rem, .30-06 Springfield und .308 Win. Eine einzelne Hülsenplatte kann somit für mehrere kompatible Kaliber verwendet werden. Die Öffnungen der Hülsenplatte besitzen einen leicht gerundeten Übergang, der das Einsetzen der Hülsen unterstützt.
