Walther PDP Full Size V2 - 4.5" OR with new Optic Mounting Platform.

The new PDP Full Size model features all the characteristics and innovations that the firearms scene loved and appreciated from the start with the Walther PDP models. Furthermore, they include a range of premium upgrades directly from the factory:

• Full-Size Griffstück und 4,5"-Verschluss
• 4,5"-Lauf

The pistol impresses with its striking exterior. Deep charging grooves on the front and back of the slide. Thus, the loading process remains a safe affair in any weather. The completely redesigned grip piece features a pyramidal texture (Performance Duty Texture) and contributes its share to the outstanding handling. The grip backs available in various sizes (S, M, L) are also provided with this texture. Not too sharp to cause pain or "tear" on clothing during high-volume shooting, but aggressive enough to achieve perfect grip at all times. The curved shape at the grip end provides a grip for the little finger and supports intuitive pointing.

All models in the PDP series feature a double-sided bolt catch, a swappable magazine button, and come Optics Ready with a milled slide top for various - optionally available - adapter plates for red dot sights from brands like Docter, Noblex, Meopta, Trijicon, Holosun, Riton, Axion, Leupold, SIG Sauer, Vortex, or Burris Fast Fire-Series.

The new Optic Mounting Platform features a modified cut-out for the mounting plate. This is 2 mm longer than before, allowing the installation of all currently common red dot sights. Additionally, the new equipment includes recoil grooves and larger screw holes. This makes it possible to use the original mounting screws from the optics manufacturers for installation.

Those who prefer to aim using the "classic" method of iron sights can do so with the GLOCK-compatible sights. A Co-Witness sighting is possible. The standard sight is adjustable for height and side. Additional practical accessories can be attached to the Picatinny rail.

The Dynamic Performance trigger breaks at the pressure point like glass with a trigger weight of 22 N. The short reset allows consistent top performance from shot to shot. Together, this creates the prerequisite for controlled hitting and safe trigger control in every situation and from shot to shot.

The result of the perfected grip angle and the interplay of overall weight, weight distribution, and balance is the excellent alignment behavior. The weapon intuitively follows the line of sight of the target's eye.

The stepped magazine well ensures significantly better sealing and thus less soiling of the polygonal barrel.
