Das Modell 19 wird als ".357 Combat Magnum" beschrieben. Der abgebildete Revolver wurde 1980 gemäß dem Buch "The Standard Catalog of S&W" hergestellt. Der Revolver hat den für die Zeit vor 1982 typischen Lauf und die Laufschienen und ist in der 6-Zoll-Laufkonfiguration mit einem Square-Butt Griff und S&W "Target"-Plättchen aus Holz. Die Waffe ist in einem sehr guten Allgemeinzustand und funktionstüchtig.
