| Kaliber .45ACP hergestellt durch Auto Ordnance Corporation. Vollautomat mit Masseverschluss. Offene Visierung mit Schutzflügeln, gefräste phosphatierte Metallteile. Abnahmestempel "FJA" und "GEG". Kolben, Pistolengriff und Vorderschaft aus amerikanischem Nussholz, vier (4) 30er Stangenmagazine. Dieses Exemplar hat eine seltene italienische Markierung linksseitig auf dem Verschlussgehäuse. FAT51 ist die italienische Markierung, die von Fabbricca d'Armi Terni, dem Zeughaus in Terni, verwendet wird. 51 ist der zweistellige Datumscode für 1951. Diese Thompson muss von den alliierten Streitkräften während der Kämpfe in Italien (1943 bis 1945) verwendet und nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg in italienischen Militärbesitz gebracht worden sein.
