| Geradezug-Repetiergewehr VOSTOK MBO-1M, Kal. 5.6x39 LL 680mm, TL 1170mm, konischer Rundlauf, Drehriegelverschluss mit 2 Verriegelungswarzen ähnlich Garand M1, mittels rechtsseitigem Riegel zu bedienen. 5-Schuss-Magazin mit Klappdeckel, von Oben zu laden. Fein regulierbarer Direktabzug. Die Metallteile sind gegen Rost durch eine Sincoryte-Beschichtung geschützt. Linksseitig angebrachter längsverschiebbarer Mikrometer-Diopter, Blockkkorn mit grossem Korntunnel. Schwere Nussholz-Matchschäftung mit Fischhautverschnitt, Backe und Bakelith-Kolbenkappe. Waffe und Kaliber wurden erstmals auf der IWA 92 der westlichen Welt vorgestellt; und zwar in 3 Varianten: MBO-01 als Gradzugrepetierer, MBO-02 als Halbautomat und MBO-03 als Vorderschaftrepetierer. Angepriesen wurden diese Waffen und das Kaliber mit folgenden Attributen: V¢ 900ms, Jagd auf mittleres Wild von 20-60 kg, Jagdschiessen, hohe stabile Trefferdichte und unbedeutender Rückstoss-Impuls, unveränderter Treffpunkt von -40¢ bis + 40¢ Celsius. Es wurden nur wenige Prototypen gebaut und das Projekt nicht weiter verfolgt. Dieses Gewehr kam nach der IWA 92 als Musterwaffe für die damalige Vertretung, IZU-Waffen, Binningen BL, in die Schweiz.
