| Reihenfeuerpistole, Mauser Prototyp C96 Nickl, Kal. 7.63 Mauser. LL 133 mm, TL 292 mm. Brünierte Ganzstahlwaffe mit SA-Abzug, Bedienelemete blau angelassen. Schiebevisier 501000 m, Linksseitig Sicherungshebel und Feuerselektor. Zweizeilige Standardbeschriftung auf der rechten Gehäuseseite, links Mausertonne, auf dem Laufbund "Waffenfabrik Mauser Oberndorf a/N.". Dieser Prototyp einer Seriefeuereinrichtung wurde vom Konstrukteur Josef Nickl anfang Dreissiger Jahre entwickelt. Besonders auffällig unterscheidet sich diese Waffe von den in Serie produzierten durch das fest angebrachte 10-er Magazin wie bei den Standardmodellen 1930. Durch eine vor dem Abzug platzierte Taste kann der Magazindeckel ohne Werkzeug entriegelt werden. Bei den in Serie produzierten C96 RF Nickl (ca. 3500Stk.) und auch den C96 Mod.712 mit Westinger-System fanden ausschliesslich Wechselmagazine Verwendung. Diese Prototyp-Ausführung wurde bis anhin in keiner Publikation erwähnt. Ein Stück Mauser-Geschichte! Anschlagkasten aus Nussholz, seitlich mit der Mauser-Tonne gestempelt. #0100018 |
