| Revolver, Mateba MTR8, Kal. .38Spec. LL 75mm, Rahmen brünierter Stahl, DA-Abzug, Laufmantel aus schwarz eloxiertem Leichtmetall. Ungeflutete Trommel mit 8 Kammern, kann auf der linken Seite herausgeschwenkt werden. Zum Füllen der Trommel benötigt man eine Scheibe mit acht Bohrungen. In diese werden die Patronen gesteckt und mit einer zweiten Scheibe welche an der ersteren mit einem Gelenk verbunden ist, fixiert. Die zweite Scheibe hat auf der Höhe der Zündhütchen eine Bohrung. Das ganze Patronenbündel kann so in die Trommel geschoben werden. Die Trommel befindet sich bei dieser Waffe vor dem Abzugbügel. Der Schwerpunkt liegt somit sehr tief, was sich beim Schiessen durch geringes Hochschlagen der Waffe bemerkbar macht. Geölter, punzierter Nussholzgriff.
