| Details Die aus dem Jahre 1957 stammende und von Remington herausgebrachte Patrone ist von Ihrer Leistung der 7x64 recht ähnlich. Die sehr präzise Patrone basiert auf der .30-06 Springfield-Hülse und findet sich vielfach in Slebstladebüchsen. Aufgrund der gestreckten Flugbahn lässt sie sich im Gebirge gut verwenden, was erklärt, warum sie in Nordamerika in leichten Repetierern oft die erste Wahl bei der Wildschafjagd darstellt. Überblick Die Grundidee des ID Classic besteht darin, "Breiten- und Tiefenwirkung" im Ziel ideal zu kombinieren. Gelungen ist das durch die Verbindung von zwei verschieden harten Bleikernen: Der vordere weiche Teil ragt Zapfenförmig in den hinteren harten und schwereren Teil hinein. Umschlossen wir diese "Ehe aus Blei" von einem Mantel aus Flussstahl, der sich nach hinten kontinuierlich verstärkt. Das torpedoförmige Heck begünstigt mit seiner um ein Drittel größeren bodenfläche das außenballistische Verhalten durch höhere Flugstabilität. Der hintere Kern des ID Classic-Geschosses ist mehr auf Aufpilzungsbereitschaft und Energieabgabe Deformationsprozess Zerlegungsprozess ausgelegt. Deshalb besonders geeignet für leichtes bis mittleres Schalenwild.
