Le Colt Commander est une version plus courte du célèbre Colt 1911A1 (version militaire) ou Colt Government (version commerciale) avec un bâtis en acier, contrairement au premier Commander et son bâtis en alliage léger (LW). L'exemplaire présenté a été fabriqué en 1971 selon le registre Colt, et semble être une variante du modèle avec le marteau standard du modèle Government, ou alors il s'agit d'une erreur commise lors du montage de l'arme en usine. Le pistolet présente une très belle finition bronzée polie, typique des séries 70. Prix: 1'350chf Vente selon législation Suisse actuelle, avec permis d'acquisition d'arme à feu (PAA).
