Ähnlich wie bei der Holland & Holland "Sporting", Famars "Excalibur" oder bei Perazzi, lassen sich die Schlosse mit Abzugsgruppe nach unten entnehmen. Bei Antonio Zoli geschieht dies durch das Lösen einer Sechskantschraube mit einem im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Schlüssel. Das Modell Kronos ist mit einem äußerst robusten Verschluss ausgestattet. Dieser besteht aus einem geteilten Verschlusskeil, der exakt in eine Aussparung des Monoblocks eingreift. Das Ergebnis ist das optimale Zusammenspiel zwischen Scharnierbolzen, Laufhakenaussparung und Verschlusskeil, woraus wiederum eine perfekte Verriegelung resultiert. Der tiefe Sitz des Laufbündels in der Basküle und dessen Fixierung über die Laufhakenaussparung garantiert einen dauerhaft guten Verschluss und eine niedrige Verschlussbelastung während des Schusses.
