Scharf, stabil, viel härter als alle herkömmlichen Messer und niemals langweilig fürs Auge .... ja das ist Faltenstahl. Bei diesem Messer sind einige Übergänge nicht schön verarbeitet. Daher der günstige Preis. Bitte nur bieten, wenn damit einverstanden. Damast Art: Handgeschmiedeter Torsion Damast. Es wurden kohlenstoffreiche und kohlenstoffarme 1095 und 15N20 Stähle für dieses Messer verwendet. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, und das Messer daher sehr rostträge. Die Härte beträgt 58 - 60 HRC Masse: Klinge: 7.0cm Gesamtlänge: 18.3cm Klingenstärke: 3.38mm Ich lehne jegliche Haftung bei Missbrauch oder Verletzungen ausdrücklich ab! |
