| This item came to us along with a lot of 1950s era Civil Defense items which were in storage locally. This plastic riot helmet appears to be from the early 1960s era, and has a sticker on the front which reads EMERGENCY POLICE KNOX COUNTY". The helmet is complete with the clear plastic face shield, vented plastic ear guards and rubber chin strap. The liner is complete except the protective foam around the edges of the ear guard section has deteriorated away. Overall good conditon showing some use., |
