| 6.5mm; good bore, 26'' barrel, Nagoya Arsenal, Toriimatsu factory, series 10. Last Ditch variation. Visible but defaced Mum. Matching bolt with welded safety and barrel shaped knob. Fixed sights. Captured forend with welded bands. Single screw lower swivel. Wood buttplate. Metal covered with surface rust. Lower stock has been sanded and appears to have several repaired splits and cracks, most on the left side. Handguard has a crack on the right side. Trigger guard screws are non-original replacements. Consignor notes state that this rifle and a Model 44 carbine we have listed were brought back by his Grandfather who served in the Navy., s/n 194xx |
