| 16 Gauge; fair bore, fair stock, 30'' barrel, Made in Belgium circa 1870s. Metal has been cleaned bright. Damascus barrels. Walnut stock lightly sanded long ago with stippling added at the grip. 2 1/2 inich chambers, barrel shortened with both chokes gauging Cylinder. Brass bead front sight. Simple scroll leaf engraving with dog heads on each lockplate. Ornate trigger guard with bone grip. The metal has some dark spotting. The stock has a repaired crack on the left between the upper tang and lockplate, with old stress cracks at the butt. Both actions function fine, barrel lockup is good. Some pitting in the bores.
