| 16 Gauge; 75% blue, good bore, good stock, 30.25'' barrel, Manufactured in Belgium circa late 1940s. 2 3/4 inch chamber with a Cylinder choke. Original blue finish barrel, casehardened frame and mounted in a walnut stock with a checkered round knob grip fitted with a casehardened steel buttplate. Pressure break located on the right side of the frame with a square lug barrel catch. Manual extractor. No maker markings, standard period Belgian proofs appear on the bottom of the barrel chamber. The finish on the barrel is thinning to patina showing some small handling marks. The frame retains fading case color. The stock shows some minor handling makrs. A simple, well made single barrel shotgun which is mechanically fine with tight barrel lockup. C&R/FFL, s/n 11xx |
