| 12 GA; poor bore, good stock, 29.5'' barrel, Mfr ca.1890. Browned steel barrels with smooth concave rib and bead sight. 2 1/2 inch chambers, barrels have been shortened, chokes open. Left barrel has several small dents along the side. Casehardened frame has aged to a light brown patina. Walnut stock with worn checkering on round knob grip. Flat steel buttplate. Both hammer screws are replacements. Actions function fine, barrel lockup is good., s/n 863xx |
