| 12 GA; fair bore, poor stock, 28 5/8'' barrel, Manufactured in Belgium ca.1885. Browned damascus barrels. Smooth rib with bead sight. 2 1/2 inch chambers with open chokes, barrels have been shortened. Walnut stock with worn checkered wrist and cheekrest. Steel buttplate with long tang. The stock is cracked around the wrist. Frame, lockplates, trigger guard and buttplate tang are cross-hatched engraved with silver dot inlay. Game scenes engraved on lockplates with silver inlay border. Actions function fine and barrel lockup is good., s/n 122xx |
