| Original leather chest bandolier for .303 cartridges. Later Boer War period manufacture with brass studs. This bandolier was made in Canada by A.Montague, Montreal, and is marked on the tongue with a Canadian broad arrow C stamp and also is marked 12 CMR/A/113 (12th Canadian Rifles, Troop A. Overall good original condition. The brass studs are all present. The pouch down straps for the flaps are a bit fragile, a couple beginning to tear, and one near the buckle having a sewn repair., |
