| 45-70 Government; excellent bore, good stock, 30'' barrel, Custom built on a Swedish 1870 dated Garl Gustafs 1867/89 action. Douglas double X premium heavy round barrel with 1 in 18" twist rate. Silver blade fixed front sight. Marbles tang mounted adjustable peep sight. 4.5lb trigger pull. Refinished original birchwood stock. Forend fitted and double screwed to the barrel. Cleaned up action with some minor scattered pitting on the right side. Breechbolt and hammer not matching the action, action functions well. Bore is bright and sharp. Antique, s/n 31xx |
