| 28 Caliber; fair bore, very good grips, 3.5'' barrel, Manufactured c.1857. Original blued finish, traces on frame only, casehardened lever and hammer, aged gray, plain walnut grip retains most of the original varnish finish. Solid frame with 3 1/2" octagon barrel. 5-shot cylinder with faint Indian and cabin roll engraving. Matching serial numbered. Stamped on top of the barrel with the Colt's Hartford address in two lines with pointing finger mark. Action functions well. Light pitting in the bore. Antique, s/n 154xx |
