| 38 Colt; 75% blue, 30% straw, good bore, good grips, 2.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1880. Original blue finish, casehardened frame, checkered walnut grips. Fixed sights, 6-shot cylinder. Clear etched "COLT D.A. 38" on left side of barrel. Two line Colt's address on top of the barrel. Patent dates 1871, 1874 and 1875 in three lines on left frame. Areas of thin finish over all with some spotting on the right side of the frame. Mechanically fine. Antique, s/n 221xx |
