| 41 Caliber; 80% blue, very good bore, fair grips, 4.5'' barrel, ANTIQUE Manufactured in 1895. It is a New Navy Civilian Model, it is a dual action, which rotates counterclockwise the cylinder has no rotating notches. It is chambered for a .41 Long Colt. The bore is bright and the action works. The left side of the barrel is stamped COLT D.A. 41 and the top of the barrel has COLT'S PT. F.A.MFG. CO. / HARTFORD CT.U.S.A. / PAT AUG5.84 NOV 6, 1888, the left rear corner has the COLT Stallion Trademark. The metal finish has muzzle wear and high edge wear (Holster). The grip frame is thinning. The S/N 27096 is on the bottom of the grip frame. The Bakelite checkered grips with COLT across the top of each grip in in fair condition, as both grips have the lower rear corner broken off., s/n 270xx |
