The sights are fixed three dots. The left side of the slide is stamped COLT ALL AMERICAN / MODEL 2000 and the Colt stallion. The left side of the frame has the Colt three-line address and Pat info. The right-side slide has COLT DOUBLE ACTION / 9MM. The serial number is on the bottom of the frame. The black checkered grips have the Colt Stallion Trade Mark in a circle on each grip.
