| 38 Special; very good bore, good grips, 1 7/8'' barrel, Manufactured in 1938. British proofed. Parkerized finish with Colt checkered walnut grips. Blued checkered trigger and hammer. Fixed sights. Matching numbers on frame and crane. Standard Colt's markings, with British inspector proof and Broad Arrow stamped on the left side of the frame behind the cylinder. Crossed flags "380" stamped on the left side of the frame in front of the cylinder. The ejector rod appears to be a replacement. There is light surface rusting and spotting scattered overall. Mechanically fine, smooth tight action. Some corrosion in the cylinder chambers., s/n 4568xx |
