| 45 ACP; 99% blue, Fair bore, Very good grips, 5'' barrel, Mfg. 1943 The barrel is a Springfield Armory pre WWII it is in fair to good condition. The left side of the slide is marked REMINGTON RAND INC / SYRACUSE NY U.S.A. and the ''P'' proof is marked on the top center between the ejection port and the rear sight. The left side of the frame has FJA inspectors mark. Also a P near the magazine release button. The right side has the Ordnance Wheel cartouche behind the grips. The frame has UNITED STATES PROPERTY over the serial number and M1911 A1 U.S.ARMY The front sight is a small ramped blade and an adjustable US marked U notch sight. The magazine is missing ., s/n 13696xx |
