| 32 WCF; good bore, good grips, 7 1/2'' barrel, Manufactured in 1906. Original blue finish with casehardened frame and fitted with original checkered hard rubber grips. Matching trigger guard and backstrap. Stamped on top of the barrel with the Colt's single line address. The left side of the barrel is stamped with the caliber designation 32 W.C.F. The left side of the frame is stamped with patent dates 1871,1872 and 1875 in two lines followed by a circled Rampant Colt logo. The metal shows traces of the blue finish in the more protected areas. The frame has turned mostly gray. There are some scattered areas of minor-light pitting, with light spotting in the metal overall. The grips are fine showing some wear to the checkering. Mechanically fine with a smooth action. There is some back and forth play in the cylinder. The bore has some shine and strong rifling, showing scattered spots of rust. C&R/FFL, s/n 2782xx |
