| 9mm Luger; 80% blue, 80% straw, very good bore, good grips, 4'' barrel, u suffix Police issue. Original blue finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. The numbered parts are matching including the sheet steel aluminum base magazine. The toggle is stamped with the DWM logo, the top of the chamber is blank. The pistol bears crown/N proofs. The right side of the receiver and the front grip strap are stamped H.P.111. (Hessische Police). The stock lug has been ground, a characteristic of these HP marked pistols. Police sear safety is installed. The metal finish shows wear and aras of thinning. The finish on the grip straps has worn to a smooth gray. The grips show some wear and handling, the checkering remains well defined and sharp. Mechanically fine. C&R/FFL, s/n 97xxu, Catalog Number D-158 |
