| 30-06 Springfield; 95% blue, excellent bore, Peruvian contract Mauser carbine made by FN. Bolt is matching. The left side of the receiver is marked "Fab. Nat. D'Armes De Guerre / Herstal - Belgique". The right side of the receiver ring is marked "Modelo 1935". The top of the receiver ring shows a crisp Peruvian crest, and the words "Repulica Peruana". The front sight is a winged blade and the rear is a tangent. The walnut stock also is numbers matching to the rifle. It has numerous mild handling marks. It has sling swivels. The metal finish has muzzle and high edge wear overall. There are a couple of very small cracks on left side of stock at buttplate. Some refurshing done., |
