| 12 Gauge; 60% blue, very good bore, good stock, 30'' barrel, Manufactured in Germany by J.P Sauer & Sohn, dated July 1937. Original blue finish barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered walnut. 2 1/2 inch chambers with Full chokes. Features a boxlock action with a Greener style crossbolt and top mounted cocking indicators, extractor, double triggers, latch release forearm and a round knob grip stock with cheekrest and a 14 3/8 inch LOP. The finish on the barrels shows wear and handling. The right barrel has a small dent on the side near the sling swivel and the left barrel has 3-4 small dents on the side approximately 8 inches from the muzzle. The frame has turned a light patina overall with some minor spotting. The wood shows some wear and handling, with an old small chip at the toe. The buttplate is chipped at the toe as well with another chip on the left side of the heel area. Mechanically fine with tight lockup. C&R/FFL, s/n 3216xx |
