| 6.5x55mm; 50% blue, fair bore, fair stock, 23.5'' barrel, German Gew88 commission rifle, sporterized in Sweden with a 6.5x55 barrel installed. Barrel shroud cut back, with a ramped front sight tac welded to the barrel. Original walnut stock has been cut and has a crack on the left side of the receiver tang. Non-matching spoon handle bolt from an 88 carbine. A Hooka adjustable rear sight with peep aperture has been installed on the right side of the receiver ring. Sight adjustments function fine. Sling swivel added to the forend. Original rear sight removed from the barrel shroud. Metal and wood show wear and handling. Antique., s/n 78xxh |
