| 16 Ga/8x57JR; 85% blue, good bore, very good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in Germany, dated December 1954. Original blue finish barrels, coin finish frame with game scene, border and some scroll engraving, mounted in checkered walnut. Beaded front sight, flip up rear sight. 2 3/4 inch chambers with Fuyll chokes. Double claw mounts on top of barrel with a Hensoldt Wetzlar Diatal 6x42 scope mounted. The scope has a pointer/crossbars reticle with excellent optics. Boxlock acton with Greener style crossbolt, side mounted cocking indicators on stock side flats, Greener type side safety, front set double trigger, extractor, latch release forearm, pistol grip stock with cheekrest. 14 inch Length of Pull with Pachmayr vented recoil pad fitted. Used, mechanically fine. There is slight side to side barrel play in lockup. The rifle bore has some minor pitting. C&R/FFL, s/n 329xx |
