| 12 Gauge; 85% blue, excellent bore, good stock, 27.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1942. Original blue finish barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered walnut. 2 1/2 inch chambers with Modified chokes, the barrels have been shortened to length. Features a boxlock action with a Greener style crossbolt, extractor, double triggers, latch release forearm and a full grip stock with a 15 inch LOP, a solid rubber pad fitted. The barrels show light wear and some handling. The frame has traces of case color. The wood has some small dings and scratches. The left side of the grip has had finger grooves cut, and a leather cheekrest has been neatly added to the top of the stock using several small brass nails. The action works fine. There is a small bit of up/down barrel play in lockup. C&R/FFL, s/n 1766xx |
