| 12 Gauge; fair bore, fair stock, 29.5'' barrel, Manufactured circa 1890. Original browned finish Damascus barrels, casehardened frame and mounted in checkered walnut. 2 1/2 inch chambers with Full and Modified chokes. The finish on the barrel shows wear with spotting and some areas of minor pitting. The frame has turned a spotty gray patina overall. The wood shows wear and handling and the original checkered bone buttplate has a crack above the heel screw and shows rough handling. The action work fine and barrel lockup is good. The bores have some pitting throughout. Antique., s/n 153xx |
