| 9.3 X 57mm; 80% blue, excellent bore, poor stock, 24'' barrel, Made in 1942. Small ring Mauser military stryle action. Original blue finish, mounted in a walnut stock with checkered grip. Ramped fixed front sight. The rear sight blade has been removed. The receiver is drilled and tapped on the left side of the receiver for a side mount and drilled and tapped on top of the receiver with Weaver bases installed. A Hakko Mark VIII 4x40 scope is mounted. Illuminating dot reticle with pointers with excellent optics. Uses an NR52 battery. The stock has a large chip of wood missing behind the receiver tang and at the toe of the butt, the plastic buttplate chipped as well. The bolt handle has been modified for scope clearance and a low scope safety is installed. The bolt shroud is a replacement from a military rifle. Mechanically fine. Bright strong bore. C&R/FFL, s/n 402xx |
