| 8mm Mauser; 50% blue, poor bore, fair stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1952. FN commercial 98 Mauser action. Worn original blue finish, mounted in a checkered beechwood stock. Ramped fixed front and elevation adjustable rear sights. The reciever is fitted with a side scope mount, a Mercurius 2.5x20 scope is mounted. The scope has a pointer/crossbar reticle with good optics, dirty lens. Used, the stock has a 2 inch crack behind the receiver tang. The bore is worn with corrosion throughout. Mechanically fine.
