| 8mm Mauser; 70% blue, Good bore, good stock, 23.5'' barrel, Manufactured in 1945. Small ring Mauser "strengthened" action with original blue finish, mounted in a checkered beechwood stock. Ramped fixed front and fixed rear sights. The receiver has been fitted with see thru dovetailed scope mount bases, which are both screwed and epoxyed in place. The bolt is military proofed and numbered. Headspace should be checked before use. The metal finish is worn and shows handling. The stock has some minor dings and scuffs. The bore has strong rifling however shows some wear and darkness in the grooves. C&R/FFL, s/n 865xx |
