| 38 S&W; 70% blue, very good bore, very good grips, 3.25'' barrel, Manufactured circa early 1900s with original blue finish and factory hard rubber grips. Top break double action with exposed hammer and 5-shot cylinder. Stamped on top of the barrel rib with the Iver Johnson address in two lines. The butt of the grip frame is marked with patent dates 1886-1896 in three lines. The metal finish shows most loss on the sides of the frame and grip straps. Barrel lockup is a bit loose. The action works fine. There is no positive cylinder lock on these revolvers and we do not recommend live firing. C&R/FFL, s/n I673xx |
