| 12 Ga; 50% blue, good bore, fair stock, 29.25'' barrel, Made in 1929. Marked on top of both barrels "KRUPP-LAUFSTAHL" and on both sides of the frame "J.P. SAUER & SOHN, SUHL.". 2 1/2 inch chambers with Full chokes. Blue finish barrels and case hardened frame. Features a boxlock action, Greener style crossbolt, extractors, double triggers and latch release forearm. The barrels have worn finish with spotting. The frame is mostly bright with some spotting. The wood shows wear, ther forearm is the original with a matching serail number. The stock is a handmade replacement which is tight but does not fit the frame perfectly. The trigger guard tang is broken with the end missing behind the rear screw. Mechanically the action works fine, hwoever a tiny bit of side to side barrel play can be forced in lockup., s/n 2967xx |
