| 16 Ga/8x57JR; 80% blue, good bore, fair stock, 25 5/8'' barrel, Pre-war manufactured in Germany, dated October 1937. Original blue finish barrels, casehardened frame, mounted in checkered walnut. Beaded fixed front sight, flip up rear sight. 2 9/16 inch chamber shotgun barrels with Full and Modified chokes. Barrels fitted with double claw mounts, an Ajack 4x68 scope is mounted. The scope has a pointer/crossbars reticle with slightly cloudy optics. Features a boxlock acton with crossbolt and top mounted cocking indicators, front set double triggers, extractor, Greener style side safety, latch release forearm, round knob grip stock with cheekrest. 14.25 inch LOP with the original plastic buttplate. Used, mechanically fine and tight. The stock has a crack and chip on both sides behind the frame. The scope has a rough coat of black paint applied externally. C&R/FFL, s/n 2624xx |
