| 16 Ga/8x57JR; 95% blue, good bore, fair stock, 25 5/8'' barrel, Manufactured in Germany, dated May 1930. Matching numbers. Reblued barrels over some light pitting. Beaded front sight blade, flip up rear sight. 2 1/2 inch chamber shotgun barrels with Full chokes. Casehardened boxlock frame with top mounted cocking indicators and Greener style crossbolt. Checkered walnut stock with round knob pistol grip and ckeekrest. 14 5/8 inch Length of Pull with rubber recoil pad attached. Front set double trigger. Greener style side safety. Extractor. Engraved silver oval plate attached to right side of butt marked"WELBERGEN I / JAGDKONIG / 17 XI 34". Frame has turned gray, wood has worn checkering with many small dings and scratches. Stock needs work, slight spreading behind frame. Right barrel has a small dent on side. Mechanically fine with good barrel lockup. Bores have minor-light pitting throughout. C&R/FFL, s/n 2542xx |
