| 16 Gauge; 95% blue, excellent bore, very good stock, 27.5'' barrel, Manufactured in Germany during WW2, date September 1944. Original blue finish barrels, casehardened frame, checkered walnut stock. Wartime commercial eagle/N proofs. 2 9/16 inch chambers with Modified and Improved Modified chokes. Matted solid rib with bead front sight. Boxlock action with crossbolt, automatic ejectors, double triggers, latch release forearm, pistol grip stock with cheekrest, 14.25 inch Length of Pull, original plastic buttplate and grip cap. Generous original case color on the frame, trigger guard, latch and hinge plates on the forearm. The blue finish on the barrels shows light handling marks and scratches over all. There are small traces of a green paint over the tops of the barrel chambers and bottom of the forearm, and another area on the side of the left barrel. We made no attempt to clean this off.
