| 6.5x50mm Arisaka; 95% blue, very good+ bore, good stock, 31.25'' barrel, Kokura arsenal manufacture, no series, with original blued finish. Matching bolt. Mum ground. Provisions for monopod and dust cover which have been removed, common on sniper variants. Missing the cleaning rod. Original Akatihi 2.5X scope with very good optics, serial numbered 23155, integral mount numbered 556. Original rubber eyepiece is good and supple. Includes an original rubberized canvas scope can with carrying strap in very good condition. The wood shows use and handling but has not been sanded or cleaned. The metal retains most of its blued finish and the trigger and bolt catch spring retain generous straw color. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The scope has some wear to the enamel finish. Mechanically in fine condition., s/n 48xx |
